Lease terms and conditions

Please read these terms carefully before reserving a vehicle. They apply to every lease agreement with Le Masé Dealership.

  1. If the leased vehicle is used for off-roading (GPS tracked), this will result in the immediate termination of this contract, and the Leaser will not be entitled to a refund or the return of the deposit.
  2. The Leaser agrees to be the sole operator of the vehicle for the duration of the lease agreement. If the Leaser requires a second driver, the additional lease fee must be discussed with the vehicle owner.
  3. If the car key is lost or misplaced, the cost of replacement will be deducted from the deposit.
  4. In the event of a collision and/or damage to the vehicle, all repairs and official billing must be managed through Le Masé Garage. For roadside assistance (such as a flat tire, refilling air in tires, or engine start issues), contact Cheo 2Fast at +297 594 8448. An additional fee will apply for roadside service, and prices may vary. Payment must be made upon completion of the service.
  5. The vehicle must be used properly and carefully, in accordance with the owner's instructions and its intended purpose. Any maintenance or repairs must be conducted at the owner's designated garage. If the Leaser has the vehicle repaired at a non-approved garage, this will result in immediate termination of the agreement, and all inspection and repair costs will be the Leaser's responsibility.
  6. If the Leaser is registered in Aruba, the Leaser must obtain an Aruban driver's license within 6 months of registration. Failure to do so means the Leaser is not covered by insurance in Aruba, and the Leaser will be fully responsible for any costs in the event of a collision or damage.
  7. If a tire requires air, it must not be filled beyond 30 PSI. The cost for a tire repair, new tire, or road service is the responsibility of the Leaser.
  8. Upon return, the vehicle must be in the same condition as when it was delivered — clean, with no stains or garbage. Failure to meet this condition will result in a $50 USD cleaning fee.
  9. Smoking in the vehicle is strictly prohibited. If there are any signs of smoking (such as ash, burns, or interior discoloration), additional cleaning or repair costs will be deducted from the deposit.
  10. If the fuel tank is not full upon return, a fee will be charged as follows:
    • AWG 100 for small compact cars (e.g., Picanto or similar)
    • AWG 150 for medium-sized cars (e.g., Cerato, Lancer or similar)
    • AWG 200 for large vehicles (e.g., SUV or similar)
